Mini Musicians
A fun group aimed at children aged between 3-4 years old. This is a great class to introduce children to music lessons. They learn with a dedicated piano teacher through singing, rhythm and fun musical games.
Intro To Music
Aimed at children aged 5-6 years old. This class helps children decide which instrument they would like to learn. Students spend a few weeks learning each instrument to see which they enjoy the most.
My son has absolutely loved learning the keyboard with Anthem Tuition. He has had both group and individual lessons, making the most of what each option offers. His teacher is full of enthusiasm and has made the lessons engaging and fun for a young learner. Anthem offers a unique opportunity for all their musicians to get together and perform in a super-cool Showcase rock concert, twice a year. This is both an incredible opportunity for my son and a fantastic event for us to watch. It has broadened my son’s view of music, inspiring him to listen to more and wanting to learn more!
30 Minute Small Group
This is our most popular way of learning piano. Small group lessons are a fun way to meet other people with the same interests as you. Whilst private piano lessons have their benefits, our piano tutors find that these group activities mixed with individual learning time make the most of the small class setting. Lessons will cover learning the songs you want to play, improving your technical ability, piano skills and helping students to get their grades if this is something they want to do.
As part of the Anthem Music School we love to give our students the opportunity to perform together and to play something they've been working on in their piano lessons with our twice yearly showcases in the Manchester area. These regular concerts are open to all of our students to take part in, young and old, beginner and virtuoso!
These exciting gigs are held at Footlights Theatre, Media City in Salford Quays. Students are placed into their bands before taking part in a rehearsal for the show. We spend time helping them with piano performance, stage presence, allowing a deep understanding of playing with other musicians, and giving them some tips and tricks to help them put on a brilliant show for friends and family.
